October Challenge 2018

The October Challenge can be done just about anywhere: push ups!  Do four push ups on the 1st, 8 push ups on the 2nd, etc.,  but also add two minutes of stretching at the end of each day’s push ups.

push ups, reps = 4 x date + accumulate 2:00 in down dog alternate focus every two seconds between 1: stretching shoulders open and 2: stretching heels back and down
