This month’s challenge is good mornings!
Perform 4x the date at 10% of your 1RM deadlift. Why good mornings? They are good for your lower back health. Strengthens spinal erectors, hams, glutes. Slouchy posture? Good mornings engage your upper back (scap stabilizers) which can help reverse some of the computer and sitting posture we develop over the years. They help you learn how to hinge well. We hinge all the time in daily life as well as in our work outs here, so it’s a necessary skill.
