Mobility March is back for the 3rd year (thanks to Kendall!).
Days 1-8: You’ll do 6 minutes of stretching everyday. Doesn’t sound too bad, right? So, do it :).
Stretches for this week below Kendall having a great time mobilizing.
*Do whole sequence on one leg before switching to next :30 lunge :30 straight front leg (flex and point foot whole time but NO front knee bend) :30 pull back foot up (on couch or with hand) :30 split (elevate hands if necessary to keep hips square)
:30 straddle :30 frog :30 cossack squat (keep dynamic and hold onto something in front of you, if needed) :30 middle split
