week 1 (days 1-8): 5 lever Ts ea side and 1:00 plank hold
week 2 (days 9-16): 5 free standing kick ups + 5 wall kick ups
week 3 (days 17-24): 10 HS shrugs + 5 box HSPU
week 4 (days 25-30): 1:00 belly to wall HS hold + 1:00 back to wall HS hold
